New recipe.   Low carb biscuits using CarQiuck                      This was a repost from the low carb site, trying to figure out picture posting and why it didn't work there
 

1 cup CarbQuick
1 tsp psyllium fiber
1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
1/8 cup half and half
1/4 water
1 Tbs butter
 
Used an air fryer to bake.   370 @ 6 mins then turned and 2 more mins to finish the bottom
