Adding built in Thermometer to my Cobb grill?

I would recommend a simple probe and cable thermometer setup that can be used in several different ways for the little cooker. Can be used with the probe cable thru the top vent for measuring a baking g type of cook or can be placed on the cooking grid itself for the grate temperature.Maybe a double probe remote might be nice.
