Breaded pepperoni ?

TMB:
After cooking last night I had some breading left over ( 50/50 almond flour and parmesan cheese  with salt and parsley)

So I looked for something I could use it on and foune pepperoni!  Kimmie looks at me like I lost my mind  :D :D

So I gave it a try, dang good but need to use egg wash not oil and need to put in fridge for an hour to set up the breading.

Here is the first try!

Hmmm... If you added some tomato sauce and cheese and baked it all on top of a piece of dough you could make up a fancy name and sell millions. Jus' sayin'...
