Smoked some cheese

It was cold this morning so I went down and cold smoked some cheese. It went a little something like this :















Stephanie says we have to let them chill for about a month, so it'll be a while before I can see how they turned out. I'll update then!
A revolving door of cookers and smokers. Some are keepers, some are here today, gone tomorrow!

Looks good....first time I heard of smoked cheese....I ran home to try it. Couldn't keep it lit and couldn't inhale....took me some reading....but figured it out....

It seems to have done a good job, time will tell. The waiting is the hardest part. Tom Petty knew what he was talking about!
