Anova web site.

Anova says it's sous vide PLUS.

I'm getting close to buying one.

I'd like more information on combination-ovens if anyone can direct me.

They're not new but I just became aware.  Here's an old YouTube introduction.  There are quite a few videos on the product.

Seems to me that if you're a breadmaker this could be a decently priced and very useful improvement over other methods. If not, maybe less so.

Jus' sayin'...

I too am intrigued with this. Not so much with the asking price.
Also I am out of kitchen counter space.

Agree w/Roget.  Looks interesting.  But the cost is a factor and I also have no more counter space.

I'll tuck it into a corner of the counter space if I buy it.  I'll move it to the island when I use it so there are no cabinets above it that the vented steam might damage.  (60-lbs.  Ugh!)
