Low Carb Chicken and Pig rub

TMB:
Pig/Chicken rub

2 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp stevia

Mix well and coat.  Bake 350 for 18 mins in a foil lined pan then flip cook another 2 or 3 mins and remove from oven, let rest covered with foil.  Going to try this on the smoker when it warms up

Thanks Tommy I am going to try that soon. Have you tried Monkfruit at all instead of Stevia? I like both but it is good at times over stevia
