Cheese balls like hushpuppies (low carb)

Found a recipe on line for cheese balls but were WAY to high in carbs, so I decided to make them my way to see if they would work.

Recipe...

4 oz  Cheddar Cheese
4 oz  Mozzarella Cheese
2 ex-large Eggs                                                                                (Had a double yoke egg in picture, but still only use 2 ex large eggs)
1 cup Carb Quick Mix (Wal-Mart) carries and Amazon
3/4 cup Low carb Flour (Amazone)
Salt to taste
Half and Half 2 Tbp or enough to make the dough like playdough

Deep fry at 325 till golden brown and let drian on paper towel.

Texture was dang near perfect and taste was good (although Kimmie had to tell me becouse I still have 0 taste buds from covid
