Sunday night football, I mean Pizza

We have been pretty busy with an infant this past year, but my older daughter always wants to make pizza.  Eagles played at 4pm was enough to get my MIL over to help out the misses with the baby, so we made pizza and wings.

I made the dough Friday (https://www.stadlermade.com/pizza-calculator/) to make about 300g dough balls.  I also watched a Chris Bianco video with Aziz about how he makes his dough and mixed it in the mixer let it rest for an hour before putting it the fridge.  He takes his out an hour before shaping, I did took it out after about 36 hours and let it hang out in a cold room overnight and shaped at 8am the next morning and let them proof until it was pizza time.  We started making pizzas around 430, and she had a blast.  I didn't mind missing most of the game as my team got knocked around at 1pm and was actually cut for a "more competitive game"

Dough Proofing

Wings in the oven

Pineapple Bacon

Semi Margarita with pesto

Caught on fire end adding more wood to get ready for next pizza

Plain Jane for the wife

Even the baby got in on the action.

We had friends over yesterday for the Phillies game and she probably had 3 crusts and a whole slice herself! Loves food, doesn't like drinking milk.
