Thanks all! Again, I'm a student. I am looking into a tube smoker, like the Smoke Daddy. Just need to get a drill. I did add a downdraft hood, so the smoke lingers a little longer before heading out the stack. I tell you what, hate it took me so long to get rid of my gas grill. Also, when you say "naked" you still add rub, right?
