Hello from CT.
« Reply #-1 on: January 31, 2013, 05:05:19 PM »
I was invited by a nice person from here to join....looks like fun!

I am more of a tailgater than a good BBQ chef/cook but I love doing it. I tailgate at Jets home games, at Mets baseball games when my Cardinals are in town & at Genesis concerts.  I do backyard movies & concerts on a 144 inch screen so that is another time I get behind the grill.  I have been known to hang a grill off my rear bumper  ;) so I guess I will tailgate anywhere.  I have written a few articles in Tailgater Monthly Magazine on food safety & tailgating in baseball. As a tailgater I am not big on Chili or pulled pork two traditional tailgate foods..Go figure ???

My beautiful wife of soon to be 20 years does most of the grilling at home but is not really into tailgating (but my son is) :D….I guess I am the” road show”. I am learning from some very passionate people on how to be better in front of the grill.

For equipment I have the Big Easy, 18 inch Weber charcoal grill, Char-broil patio electric, Fiesta grill (my main at home grill), Coleman portable fryer (love this guy), A Coleman cordless blender, a Margaretville Tailgate grill (AAAHHHH love this guy too…painted it Jet colors), butane cooker, Sizzle-q griddle and a Margaretville “drink Chiller” (this is classified as a “Boy with a new toy’ product).   I do not have a smoker & I have less knowledge about this than other cookers……in time

Hi Ken nice to see you here! My wife likes to grill what can I say

The nice thing about a grill on the back of your car is what you hit with the front can be cooked in the rear. ???
