Chuckie, Red-Neck Ham and Breakfast sausage with attitude

(1/1)

TMB:
Well it's been a little since I fired up the Bradley so I said to my self lets do Red Neck but use T2's rub and breakfast sausage with t2's Swine and Bovine rub + one with Bad Byron's Butt rub.
While at the store it hit me to do a chuckie for lunch meat (I'm going back to work soon)   :'( :'(

Here is the chuckie with GunPowder going on it

Here is the ham (standard Black label ham in a can)

Here is the sausage with the 2 rubs,  Bad Byron's on left and T2's on the rt

Here they are set in the Bradley. I started the smoke at 9 am

Your smoker looks nice and clean inside.... I ordered a jar of gun powder when I got home from the gathering. Good stuff.

I just ordered 2 - 28oz gunpowders from sureshotdids.com thanks for the samples Tommy. That is the best stuff.

Love the gunpowder myself, just have to make sure no one has MSG related allergy

ACW3:
Looking real good.  I'll take a plate of that, please.
