Using up the last of the pulled pork for the year...  {sniff sniff}

- Baked potato, smashed flat
- Bit of butter
- Big pile of pulled pork
- Big shake of Starnes
- Sprinkle of cheese
- Topped with Vinegar Slaw

Might be crackers (and Miller Lite) for dinner...    I'm pretty full now.  Oof.

That looks really good there Squirt.

We got a small BBQ place here that does 1/2lb smoked tater stuffed with Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, Cheese, Chili and more cheese.....Have not tried it yet but thinking I need to after seeing this.
