Saw the forum had some info on the Savannah Stoker.  Located in the heart of the PA Dutch Country. Grew up around home butchering and using old wooden smokehouses, so you know I am old!   Have a couple of Traeger pellet grills, a BGE XL and all the other stuff collected over the years for BBQ.  Also have a small Forno Bravo Wood Fired Oven.  Interested in gaining more knowledge from all the other members of the forum and learning some new recipes and techniques.
:)  Well, with that background I'm interested in learning from you.  Welcome.
