It's great, more capacity than the FC100 and with the Savannah Stoker Controller that replaced the original Traeger controller, I have almost infinite control of smoke & temp.

No Pepper as in HOT peppers.... been growing different varieties of hot peppers since before it became cool.... one summer, my garden had 92 varieties, most started from seed in a little greenhouse.... My sons and I did chili contests before getting into BBQ, hence our team name...Firebreathers BBQ
