Hello y'all! That's my best impression of a Texan. I live in Manitoba but started wintering in Texas this year and I am sure glad I did. No snow here and over 3 feet of the white stuff at home. I have been cooking BBQ since 1995 after getting a taste at a country music festival in Mn. Started as a hobby but eventually went into catering. Something new in my neck of the woods. I am still catering with a couple of different caterers, just not on my own anymore. Just getting ready to do my first cook on my new Outdoor Gourmet pellet cooker today. Well that is all for now.
