Recently retired and live in Tallahassee, FL full time with a "retreat" in NC and am neighbors to T who lives down the road on the mountain.  I've had a Bayou Classic (green egg) from Lowes for about a year and love it.  Cannot go wrong smoking with the egg!  Just went to Smoky meat forums North FL get together in Quincy, FL with T just West of Tallahassee.  It was outstanding.  Looking forward to some great ideas and new recipes!

Neighbors with Tee huh?

OK I've gotta ask... are his legs really that white like we've seen in pics?  C'mon you can tell... ;)

Welcome #2 from MN. I'd almost forgotten about T's tendency to toss cookers off his deck. Good thing you are living "upwind."   ;) ;D
