My turn at Smoke's Pellet Fried Chicken...
« Reply #-1 on: April 16, 2013, 06:30:57 AM »
Home alone....
Wife teaches at NYU on Monday nights. I'm thinking pellet fried chicken.  ;D

This is smoke's recipe. I used buttermilk in lieu of condensed. Add 1 TBS of corn starch to the mix as well.

Onto the MAK. Big fan of thighs.  ;)

And done...

My plate. Served with Rice Pilaf.

This is great weeknight cook. The recipe is fantastic, chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I will use a little less butter next time though.

Thanks for posting the recipe Smoke! This is a winner!!

Scally, I did 375 for 25 minutes, flip, then 325 for 30 minutes.
