Ribs on the Yoder YS640



Along wth some sea salt and cracked mixed peppercorns... if you're using the smoker might as well fill it up!

Country ribs going on in about an hour!

Looks good. I have a slab of BB in the icebox and county style's in some marinade for an overnight stay. Going in the smoker sometime today.
