I seem to remember a frozen butt cook not too long ago.  ...wonder who that was.  :D  Lookin good, and you didn't post a half a page run-on explanation of the cook like I did.

Second one pulled at just under 200 and is now FTC for a couple of hours. Second one took about 11 hours to get to temp but it has a more defined bark. Not sure if it was because it was frozen or because of the stall.

Can I freeze this one whole or should I pull then freeze? Thoughts?

Agreed on pulling then freezing.  I like to add a little moisture before freezing pork.  Brisket on the other hand, I like to freeze large pieces.

Great cook RAD!
I often cook 2 butts when only eating one.
I have pulled then frozen in 1 lb bags but also have chilled & pit in a gallon Vacu bag & frozen whole.
Heats up easily in crockpot or in a pan in the oven.

Doesn't the molasses make it too sweet?
