beef ribs on my dreamwerks
« Reply #-1 on: May 10, 2013, 04:44:36 PM »

I had to cook two butts for some folks so I figured i'd try beef ribs.  I have a cater coming up that he wants some beef and pork ribs, so I gave it a whirl.  I did a 2-1-2 at 250-250-275.  next time will try 3-1-1 at 275.  they turned out very good.  I was getting other stuff together so didn't get to sauce them enough.
I only used 2-1 pepper to salt, this is after foil

finished

those in the rear came from harris teeter, a little more meat but much more fat.  the other from walmart

here is one of the butts I cooked, broken up ready to pull and sauce

pulled and sauced.  really turned out good.  I got one bite
