I got a butt slathered up and seasoned to go in the pit tonight and after seeing that slide-show I can hardly wait!!  Just awesome.......I am definitely a Butt Man!!! 8)

I hope to start the 2012 collection soon..   Gotta do 3 or 4 butts for a buddy's Superbowl Party.

Nice job on the slide show.  I think I have seen all or most of those pictures at one time or another during the past year.  There is something about a slide show, however.  Looks really good. 

I am getting ready to cook one up for a hunting buddy of mine.  I'm trying out a new rub from Tim, BBQ Savor.  I'll report on that after the cook.
