been cooking ribs a little differently lately
« Reply #-1 on: June 03, 2013, 06:50:50 PM »
I always like trying different ways of cooking ribs.  I thought this would be a good method of cooking them.

started w/ a rack that I cut up into single bones.  a little money and away we go.

onto the mak for some love.

bacon is good.  pork on pork is wonderful thing.  every 45 minutes I would turn them all and put the bacon back on top.

getting crispy.

made up some sauce (1/3 blues hog, 1/3 bulls eye & 1/3 kids beer).

threw some sauce on the pile.

these were so good.  every rib was crispy.  I loved um.

thanks for looking.

Hey Spark! Where have you been...? I was about to take up a collection to hire a posse to accompany Smoochy and come lookin' for you to see that you are o.k.! :D

I love that big ole pile of messy bacon and rib goodness you made there ;)

They look great Sparky!

One time I separated the ribs like you did then wrapped each one in bacon. They were really good!
