Back in Las Vegas for the weekend before returning home on Monday.  It's only going to be a cool 111ºF today  8)  ::)  Relatives want some pulled pork so I loaded up the Traeger PTG this morning to the MAX !!!!  Hoping everything turns out OK ... time will tell ... Only another 7 hours before I start pulling  ;)

Well I am impressed Pete! Never thought you could pack that much meat into our little cooker ;)

I was shocked myself.  SWMBO kept saying ... "You have plenty of room!!  You can cook both of them" ...  After I foiled them the lid would not close.  I had to clamp the door closed  :(

Took the butts to 200ºF followed by a 3 hour FTC.  All's well that ends well  ;D  8)  BUT I don't want to make a habit of loading down the PTG.  Got a chance to share my hobby with my Nephew's family ... Tri-Tips, Salmon, and Butts.  Their comments were OMG   :o ...  I think I spoiled them!  :)  ;)
