Pork Chop Bacon Roll
« Reply #-1 on: June 09, 2013, 08:46:09 PM »
Two center loin cut pork chops seasoned with Greek seasoning, two strips of bacon coated with Super Pig, and one paring knife...

Now think about a cinnamon bun swirl. Good. Replicate that picture with bacon...

PTG set to 275F loaded with Perfect Mix...

On they go...

30 minutes later...

I then turned them over a cranked the PTG up to 450F to give them a finish. All done...

Now that is different.  How was the taste?   Had to be good. Dee
