Daughter and SIL are coming down for my sister's funeral tomorrow... some pulled pork and St. Louis ribs...




Small pork butt pulled and ready for saucing



Ribs will go on the Yoder soon.. slather with CYM and Memphis rub

But the ribs came out great! And the pulled pork was pretty good too.

Served with Carolina slaw and grilled asparagus wrapped with prosciutto (my daughter's request).
