What happens when you fall off your bike? Ya get back on.
I had some rib-eyes for Fathers Day tomorrow, but my scorched ribs are in the trash and hey..we gotta eat.......

In the last month, my Weber Q has saved my bacon more than once :)

My buddy at work brought me a rub to try..made in Texas:  Chupacabra Rub. Let me tell ya, this stuff is all-purpose and I think I will be buying it in bulk






I think Smooch and I bounced back quite nicely  ;)

Great looking steaks and now I'm glad I have the same ready for Dad's day. Funny that we are supposed to take the day off and all we want to do is cook our own dinners.

It is also very easy to clean. I line the little pan with foil and a quick wipe out with a paper towel and it is ready to go.
