Would love to have the recipe for the potato salad Jack! It all looks awesome. I will do turkey wings occasionally. 4 of 'em is all that me and Mrs. can eat. ;D

the flavor out of the SRG is "CLEAN"
even with smoke chips

the flavor over quality charcoal
is much more complex
