Bad Bear !!!!!

Sure am glad the toughest critters I have to deal with in my backyard are squirrels and bunnies.  I'm a coward when it comes to large carnivores with big teeth and claws.

Over the years, I've worn out several dozen grills and cookers of different descriptions but I've never had one torn apart by a raging beast.  Well, there was this ex-wife . . . .

you go out there with your air horn in one hand
and your bear pepper spray in the other
every time you blow the air horn you spray the bear spray at her
then, every time she hears the air horn she thinks she's going to get sprayed with the pepper spray

then I would have to go change my pants ??? Well I have my tailgating air horn just need to get my PS.

So if that happened to you are you allowed to legally shoot it? Not asking if anyone would shoot it, but is it legal?
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

Gus
it depends on the state
if there is a bear season, etc...
but in most cases when it's a nuisance bear
the game wardens are the ones who have to shoot it

but... if you were cornered by the bear and you had to shoot it in self defense ?? .......
the judge would decide

How about self defense of your grill ;D ;D ;D?     Hey judge I had $200.00 of steaks on that grill :P
