Since everybody else is doing it I had to give it a try. I mixed slap ya mama rub with the mayo and cooked at 325f. I gotta say they were pretty darn good.

That's funny your say that about using it on fish. I heard that on the radio today that it keeps the fish from sticking so I tried it. Worked pretty good. I don't think you could flip more than once though.
