Doing some cooking for a family reunion.

Sweetie mixing up our Mohunken Butt Rub.


Butt Rub applied and butts shot up.


Butts a Smoking for the next 16 hours.

What temp are you cooking at?
185 for until internal of 165 than 225 or so until 195 internal.

It took me three tries to input the numbers correctly, but I have it up.  Now my wife thinks I'm really crazy for monitoring someone else's cook.
