SC Chicken doing its thing

Only got to rest 20 minutes, troops getting unruly!

Ribs out of cambro, unwrapped, cut and put in pan. Not the prettiest set out but effective.

Wow, I really enjoyed serving the family and friends today. Had to improvise the individual bacon wrapped ribs but will have some Super Pig and texas candy on order tomorrow.
Bacon ribs were a big hit as were the spares. SC chicken took a little longer than I thought but was juicy, moist and great crispy skin.

Thanks for looking along. It was a busy but great day! Back to work tomorrow.
