Grilled Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Needed a quick dinner tonight without much prep. So grilled some Ital. sausages with a healthy dusting of "Fine Swine and Bovine", some homegrown peppers, and a red onion on the IR grill, with 'bout 1/4 C apple pellets.  Served on a toasted bun, along with some deli-bought potato salad, and a Summer Ale.  Now time for a bike ride......

That looks like heaven compared to the meal I had tonight.  Besides, the Mexican I had is still sitting like a lump!  BURP!!

I agree with Pappy - the last pic is great. But, I have to say I really like the "on the grill" picture and the next one even better! That is one great looking meal. Thanks for sharing!
