Today was wing time: I marinated chicken wings in a mixture of mayonnaise, cream cheese, sriracha, lemon juice, and Blair's Death Cajun Death Dust to taste for the heat.



The wings were grilled indirectly with apple wood at 340°F.





Plated with bluecheese dream dip and carrot cole slaw:

Looks fantastic WC! Great color on those wingies. Looks like you have almost every angle of that finished plate pictured ;)
