I live outside Baltimore, Maryland.  While I have barbequed all of my adult life, I just got serious about it as a hobby. I took a beginner class in barbequing ribs and chicken recently because I bought a Weber Smokey Mountain.  I have really enjoyed using the smoker and hope to get some great ideas about how to improve my cooking from this forum.
