Swine and bovine chickskabobs
« Reply #-1 on: July 29, 2013, 09:59:40 PM »
Wife's not home tonight so I had the kitchen to myself :) I  Made some beef and pork shishkabobs ( Can't spell it). A few veggies and some Fine swine and bovine rub these things tasted goooood ;)

A little leftover rice and butter and I was happy, not the prettiest plating but worked :)

I'm stuffed ;)

It might be spelled wrong (you got it right except for the space between Shish and Kabob), but it looks real tasty!

Those shiskathingamawatchacallitbobs look darn good.  Heck, I cant spell it either  :D :D   Back in my fry cook days at the Broadway we had those on the menu. I think they were called "Beef Brochettes"........

Thanks for the correct spelling Guys and good tip Jack!! Next time I will make just pork kabobs and just beef kabobs so I don't end up with well done beef trying  to cook two different meats on one stick :)

You could fry up the pork a bit in a pan first before skewering them. I like the beef/pork combo idea......

kabobs always work best if you cook one thing per stick
