Nice! If I knew I was dying tomorrow, and got to pick a last meal, cheese burgers on the grill would be what I choose.
I understand that flipping the Grill Grates up side down does give a larger searing surface, but there is also something visceral about seeing great grill marks too. Wife asks for them all the time.
