I live in northern Idaho, and love to cook outdoors (as well as indoors). My wife and I love food of all kinds and spend as much time as we can on the back deck during the precious summer months. In winter, we are members of a small (6 friends) International Dinner club, in which each couple takes turns hosting a dinner that has an international theme. My favorite one was based on a meat stew from Brazil called feijoada.
