Pulled pork sliders... cole slaw and potato salad with jalapenos...




Makes for nice appetizers or a lunch!

My mouth is salivatin' at the thought of the rich pulled pork flavor in perfect harmony with the crisp crunch of the slaw - good job  ;)

I must remember jalapenos for our next potato salad (we love spice) - thanks for the tip

Looks good, I don't know why I just can't get enthused about sliders, they are popular. I would eat them if you fixed them though!! Don
