breakfast on a kettle.

just got a bunch of coal.  time for some breakfast.  and since I don't like to waste coals I had to cook some more stuff for dinner.

umbrella up.  must be time for bbq.

silent movie time.  plz get your popcorn and soda pop.  show will start in five minutes.

That salmon looks great! I love salmon on the grill.

your a trouble maker keymaster.  me too.  fish fresh from Costco.  I like Costco salmon a lot.  we eat some every week.  i'll eat all the fish I can get.   ;)

Same here.  Fresh fish is tough to come by in a small inland community, but Costco runs through so much fish that it is regularly quite good.  Although the skinless farmed salmon is good, we like the farmed steelhead (skin on) and better yet, wild Copper River salmon for grillin'/smokin'.  I don't know about prices elsewhere, but we typically have some kind of salmon on sale for $6.99/lb at our Costco.

That salmon is exceptional. Those biscuits look like they came out of an oven and not a Weber.

They are killing the salmon right now.  And all I do is work.  Ready for the house to be done.  Biscuits look great.

Too bad I don't like salmon... I've cooked so much of it both on the flat top and poached that it makes me nauseous just smelling it cooking.

My bride loves it though.
