Fatty time
« Reply #-1 on: August 25, 2013, 07:02:52 AM »
This weekend I got suckered into grilling for friends. I decided to create a new fatty I call the Elvis.
BBQed bananas, sausage, peanut butter and jalapenos all wrapped up in bacon.

I didnt like it, but every one else seemed to really like it.
Needed cheese or something else.

Spreading the peanut butter was a real pain and took too much time for the overall end result.

A drizzle of honey would have made the King show up and eat it with you. What a great idea. Please tell us how it turned out and would you do it again......

That's funny, my oldest daughter and I were talking about peanut butter and banana sandwiches just before I read this. Still not sure about the fatty - but huge points for innovation!
