6 Uses For Leftover Bacon Grease?

My first thought when I saw the headline of this article was "what leftover bacon grease?"   Unless I've got an awful lot of it, I just sop it up with whatever is convenient . . .

Uh, how could you make cornbread if you didn't have bacon grease?

Ah, there is no such thing as leftover bacon grease.

ACW3:
I always use it as part of my hot German potato salad.  I did flavor some JD with it, once.  I keep good bacon grease that has been strained of any big pieces of leftover bacon, or whatever, just in case I need to kick up a recipe a bit.
