Deconstructed spare ribs
« Reply #-1 on: August 31, 2013, 07:32:08 AM »

I love ribs... but my bride calls it "caveman food" so I have to deconstruct hers... kinda turns it into shredded pork but with that great rib flavor...

Served with smoked garlic mashed potatoes and steamed caraway broccoli. (Used a St. Louis-style sauce for the ribs.)

Beautiful Chef!  But I think standing in the hazy smoke of a rib cook is primal, and it harkens us menfolk to eat with our hands and to chew meat off the bone. Now for the ladies.....whole 'nother matter!   ::)
