I haven't been able to keep the Amazn smoker square smokin' with pellets until someone schmart shared an idea. He said to put some pellets in a bowl, add a little water and let them swell. Then let them dry completely before using them.
I've had a bowl full drying for a couple of weeks. I tried 'em out today... IT WORKS!  Stays lit, keeps smoldering and smokin'.
Who wants to take credit for that crisis intervention?

B T W, my Dad was anal about getting enough fiber... Breakfast, dinner, and supper-fiber, fiber, fiber...
Finally passed some wicker furniture...

Just sayin '...

That's a great, easy and cheap solution!

We have a canning funnel, but somehow I don't think the Mrs. is gonna be happy if I commandeer it for another use.  ::) Guess I better get my own.
