These were taken a while ago (March of 2012, before I seriously got into smokin'), but illustrates how SWMBO might be convinced to lean toward outdoor cooking. Out of the blue, my sweetie Called me from Costo and said that they had one of the traveling shows illustrating a pellet cooker [what's that, I thought...] She explained, and even though I did not fully understand, I said "
Go for it sweetie!"

A very light dusting of rub (I didn't know any better back then. I could make
tender ribs, but they were
not full of flavor)
After a couple of hours of smoke, into the foil, and then into the indoor oven to finish at 300F
May not be the best ribs, but butter tender (fall off the bone... I know, not competition style, but I like 'em anyway
)
