Mustard, Worcester, brown sugar and apple juice and then Traeger Pork & Poultry Shake. Smoked for 3 hours w/ apple pellets in the hopper and Lil Devil Pellets in the Smoke Tube, spritzing with apple juice every 30 minutes. Foiled them up and cooked at 225 for about 2 hours. I skipped the final step of BBQ sauce and/or honey and brown sugar due to my mother being a diabetic and not needing all the sugar. They actually turned out pretty good with just the initial coating and rub, I normally like my ribs on the sweet side.
