No Grill Marks Needed
« Reply #-1 on: September 14, 2013, 11:06:49 PM »
I always keep a couple boxes of Bubba Burgers in the freezer for a quick burger fix. I've cooked them on all kinds of grills, gas and charcoal. My personal choice is on the Traeger. I put them on smoke mode while frozen, apply seasoning when thawed and crank up to 375. Nice and juicy with a pronounced smoke flavor.

I often defrost meat in 'Smoke' mode on the Traeger, it does add more smoke flavor.  :)

Smoky burgers... YUM-YUM!!!

P.S. That one in the middle almost looks like it's Texas-shaped.
