Grilled Tuna

Healthy meal, grilled tuna , Italian white bean & a fruit cup.
Thick tuna steak seasoned with a citrus rub & canola oil, cooked on a HOT gas grill, 4 min side one & 3 side two.

Oh man, you have me droolin' - I absolutely love tuna, raw or seared like you have.  Reminds me that I have a few sashimi grade tuna steaks in the freezer.

very nice meal .
if you love tune this way ,try to dip it in sesame seed . grill it as you like.
make a dip of wasabi powder and mayonnaise .

I have never tried tuna steaks cooked rare/medium rare. You sure make it look delicious and I need to give it a try.

Wasabi dipping sauce is perfect with raw or rare seared tuna.  I make mine with wasabi paste, a little soy, ponzu, rice wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
