WC, this is the coffee rub that I used.

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp finely ground coffee

Thank you. I'm gonna give it a try.

Also what I found works really good is Starbuck's Micro-Ground instant coffee. It is not freeze dried like other instant brands but actual coffee beans ground up so fine that it dissolves in hot water instantly. Works great for rubs.

Mike, what I used was Greek coffee. It's as finely ground as flour.

Why thanks Larry!  It's fairly easy putting out good grub using a quality pellet grill and excellent pellets. Thanks to you, this is all possible my friend!
