Dang, David, you've been holding out on us (or sandbaggin').  What a great video.  You make it look so easy, it makes me want to bring out the Suzy-Cue again.  Maybe this weekend - that would be a pleasant surprise for Deb.

B T W, I don't think I've seen the "griddle guys" fry eggs on the flat top.  I guess it is because it isn't "non-stick" enuff.  If you can make a video using the egg rings, that would help.
I know you can't cook EVERYTHING in TBE...so I would expect to be able to cook everything on a griddle...howsomever...I need to learn to think "outside the box" and try some new things.

Here is a link to show someone scrambling eggs a stuff on a griddle...notice all the oil they use...that might make the difference
