ya,  what a great cook scally.  which rub did you and the family like?  love the mac and cheese.  great ribs my friend.  no milk?  love the beer kosy.  it sure looks nice that in your yard.  no snow yet?

heh scally, what temp on your egg?  is it easy to control the temp w/ it?  have you done a butt yet on it?
